Orange peel for your skin

Do you like oranges? Never throw away the peels. They may help with your black spots, pimples, tan and dull skin.

1. Wash orange peels well. Scratch orange peels and rub them against skin. Wash off after 10 minutes for glowing skin. Avoid if you have allergic or sensitive skin. Use a natural moisturiser like honey afterwards.

2. If you have dry peeling skin: Take some raw milk and soak the peels in it for sometime before rubbing.

3. Dry orange peels under the sun. Powder them well and store in an air tight jar. Make a thin paste of orange peel and milk, and apply as a face mask for spots and blemishes.

4. If you have oily skin, use lemon juice or curd instead of milk.

5. To reduce pimples, use powdered peels with gram flour and water.

Orange peel, like the fruit, contains antioxidants and Vitamin C which is an essential nutrient for skin. Daily use of orange peels can even skin tone and give you a radiant blemish free skin
